Jack Mountain Meats is built on integrity from start to finish, nose to tail. In early 2015 we opened our USDA facility in Burlington, Washington. Working with local, heritage breed, Food Alliance Certified pork, our team of skilled butchers handcrafts each premium product. Our fresh and cured product line continues to expand and we will soon add dry cured items.
Jack Mountain Meats is part of Acme Valley Foods, an artisan food collective devoted to building food companies that share a dedication to locally sourced and crafted quality food. We help strengthen our regional economy by working locally and fostering relationships with farm partners and customers.
