QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the Policy of Foskers Fresh to supply safe and legal products, taking into account the requirements of all relevant UK and EC food legislation, to the required quality standards expected by our customers, to meet their needs and expectations.

As a company Foskers Fresh, are continually monitoring and reviewing operating procedures to ensure our customers' expectations and statutory requirements are being adhered to. To achieve this the company is committed to maintain and improve standards in food safety, quality, and hygiene by following the principles of HACCP.

Foskers Fresh is committed to achieving its objectives by adopting a policy of employing sufficient staff training and developing those staff, providing adequate and appropriate tools and resources to fulfil tasks and to provide information and feedback through an open communication structure at all levels throughout the organisation.

Our aim is to consistently manage and deliver our products to meet the needs and expectation of our customers. Whilst monitoring our green credentials and looking at our carbon footprint, in doing so, buying as locally as possible whenever possible from the surrounding area.
