Total Plastics, Int’l. was founded in 1978 by John Kozacki and Jerome Kollig as a small plastics warehouse in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 1984, the national sales office opened in Grand Rapids, Michigan to accommodate the growing business and regional plastics customer base. Total Plastics continued to expand in 1987 opening a branch in Fort Wayne, Indiana and again in 1996 opening branches in Baltimore, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Today, TPI is one of the industry’s largest plastic distributors, offering 15 stocking locations throughout the Midwest, East and South.

TPI currently operates in 10 states a crossed the US including Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Rhode Island, and Tennessee. Total Plastics is made up of 19 locations which also include two subsidiaries; Advanced Fabricating Technology and Paramont Machine Company.

Total Plastics, Int'l. provides industrial plastic product distribution to customers in the aerospace, transportation, chemical, electronics, medical, food sciences, life sciences, engineering, display, and manufacturing markets, mainly in the midwestern and eastern regions of the US. The company also offers services such as fabrication, machining, and die-cutting. Its product offerings include sealing, mounting, and insulating foam tapes; rigid and flexible tubing; sheet materials; adhesives, sealants, and polishes; and films.
