Since the beginning, ICM was a single office company located in Japan. But it was not enough to fight with the competitors as used car business was taking new turn with globalization. Due to mass availability of used cars in Japan and growing demand of Japanese engine worldwide, this business invited more and more people to share the profit. Thus making competition fiercer.

So, now was the time when we need to spread and show our presence in global market. Sacho decided to open offices in different countries. Company was growing and was becoming multicultural in terms of employment. The main barrier in this growth was communication and to maintain standard rules and regulation in all offices.

The purpose of this training program is to train all sales staff, so that sales staff are able to sell cars in the same way as Japanese are doing. It doesn’t matter where the office is located; the customer has to receive the same customer service from our office. Hence there are coming some changes; departments responsibilities, tasks, etc.

All team should be united and work as ICM Group, thus standard rules have to be brought to practice. This will ensure that all customers will get the same treatment no matter which salesman attends to them. This will bring to the customer the policy of ICM.
