The MORITZ GROSSMANN GLASHÜTTE I/SA brand refocuses the attention of the international watch scene on an eminent pioneer of Glashütte precision watchmaking. In 2008, watchmaker Christine Hutter established a manufacture in Glashütte that bears Moritz Grossmann’s name again and transports his vision of a simple but flawless timepiece into the present.

In just a few years, leveraging Grossmann’s legendary pioneering spirit and with a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern production technologies, the manufacture was able to present a remarkable collection of high-end manually wound watches. The manufacture calibres showcase exceptional technical and design features that captivate connoisseurs and collectors around the world.

The Grossmann three-minute tourbillon with stop seconds, the Grossmann date display, and the Grossmann strap winder are three examples of the development team’s ingenuity. The manually sculpted hands, individually conceived for each model family, are a rare hallmark. Moritz Grossmann watches have stood for precise functionality and pure watchmaking artistry since 1854.
