Thyme In is owned and managed by me, Jo Foster.

Opened in November 2007, Thyme In Catering has grown from strength to strength, working perfectly around family commitments. What used to be by hobby and passion has turned into a highly enjoyable career. I don't advertise much, and am very chuffed to say that most of my business comes from word of mouth and personal recommendations.

I can cater for most events, from birthdays, anniversaries, small weddings, funerals and private dinner parties. I have a large repertoire of wedding and celebration cakes and designer cupcakes which are proving very popular for all kinds of events.

I still work part-time in the game and wild food restaurant “The Pot Kiln” in Yattendon, Berkshire, which is owned and run by celebrity chef Mike Robinson, where I have learnt so much about game hunting and countryside preservation and management. It also keeps me up to date with seasonal and restaurant trends which helps me enormously with my private dinner party catering.

In partnership with a lovely lady called Mary, I have launched a new Supper Club called "Mary Jane's Soul Kitchen". Watch this page for more info and upcoming dates for this highly popular Supper Club in the Wokingham borders in Berkshire.
