Rota Val was formed in 1970 as a specialist and dedicated manufacturer of rotary and diverter valves for the bulk solids handling and powder processing industries.

Since 1991 Rota Val has been a member of the Gericke group. Rota Val profits from the international network of the Swiss based powder handling specialist’s technical experience. Test centres in Switzerland, Great Britain, France and Singapore allow customers to prove Rota Val equipment conveying their own products under industrial conditions.

Rota Val’s innovative approach to product development provides customers with added value. Products like our patented rotor contact monitor that prevents product contamination and product recall or our Rapid Access fast clean rotary valves with the RotaLign™ bearing assembly which increases productivity through minimal downtime.

This innovative approach coupled with over ninety years of collective applications knowledge has helped us to develop long standing relationships with industry leaders in a number of sectors, including for example, Nestlé, Pfizer, TATA Steel, Lafarge, and Dickinson Legg.
