Supreme Sausages have been manufacturing their gourmet sausages in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire, for over 20 years. Its founders, Paul and Janice Garnish, have built up their business as a family affair, with three generations now actively involved in the Company.
After devising secret recipes for the bangers, Mr Garnish started out handing out packs to butchers and restaurants for free and leaving a business card so firms could order more.

We have noticed a massive resurgence in the popularity of sausages on the British Menu, featuring on traditional bar menus through to the Celebrity Chef’s 5* restaurant menus.
Our gourmet sausages are produced using quality British farmed pork, fresh herbs, spices, chillies, garlic, tomatoes, apples, mushrooms, honey, stilton, with wine and cider used for marinating. All of these ingredients are combined to produce a comprehensive range of the very best British pork sausages, naturally filled into hog casings.

We are passionate about sausages and about making the very best British Sausage. Manufacturing sausages to us is a science, using the best of British Pork, natural fresh ingredients, herbs, spices and pepper, and hand linked in natural casings. They are blended together using traditional methods.
Customer service is paramount to the success of Supreme Sausages. Each member of our team has worked in the field, dealing directly with our customers.
