Every day Protool manufactures precision moulded plastic components and assemblies for OEM’s across the UK and USA.

Our flexible approach to manufacture means we focus the same systems to every job, from 200 per year low volume products to throw away medical items in the millions.

Strict KPI monitoring focuses on achieving zero parts per million reject / delivery making us the ideal partner for medical devices, safety critical parts to general moulding.

Through rapid tooling from our group partner Protool Manufacturing we can deliver low volume moulded parts in as little as 7 workings days making us the first company to contact for product development. All of your requirements are discussed in detail so we can give you the most cost effective solution from design to production. Material depending, we can supply up to 20,000 parts from rapid tooling giving you time to evaluate your product and potential marketplace before committing to expensive production tooling.

Our design, project, technical sales and validation engineers are specialists and have experience of handling projects for some of the World’s most recognized brands.
