Newfoundland Hard-Rok Inc. was founded in 1987 and has continued to serve the construction and mining communities of Newfoundland and Labrador. Built on a tradition of service and trust, the company is a leading commercial explosives manufacturer and supplier. The company has evolved to become the premier full service drilling and blasting provider in the region.
As a Dyno Nobel explosives distributor, we bring a wealth of global experience to our customers while maintaining that local know-how. We are the largest drilling and blasting contractor operating in the province and we own and operate the only Bulk Emulsion and ANFO manufacturing plants in the region. Located near Corner Brook on Newfoundland's west coast, these plants provide our clients with an uninterrupted supply of quality explosives products. Our bulk explosives delivery vehicles and mobile tankers are based full time in the territory thereby ensuring the most reliable service available.
