How You Get Higher Yield And Better Quality
Processing is by specially developed - " The S.K. System ", which incorporates systems for conditioning of materials in process. Firstly to loosen the binding of the husk with cotylydens(Dalls) and in the second stage makes ineffective, the attachment of the two Dalls from each other. This eliminates almost completely, the processing losses / which had hitherto being occurring on account of the rubbings (Powdering) and Kibbling (breakages). This not only increases the yield but also obtains a much better quality of splits which sells at premium.

S.K. Engineering & Allied Works has now become a world famous name for Dehusking and Splitting plant for pulses and peas. Our plants of capacities ranging from 50 to 150 tones per day are already installed and successfully working in countries like Australia, Middle East, Canada, India, Nepal and Burma with more and more countries getting added to the list.
