Taza is a vegan and gluten free supplier that specializes in Mediterranean food, specifically falafel. Each batch is prepared traditionally - soaked and ground with a traditional mix of 12 herbs and spices until the senses are satisfied. The falafel is then portioned, sealed, and chilled to ensure freshness.
