Verve has been actively involved in developing CDM projects in India for the last 3 years. Over the years Verve has emerged as one of the market leaders in the Climate Change Business under the Clean Development Mechanism of the UNFCCC as well as Voluntary markets based on different Voluntary Standards . This advisory wing is currently configuring and assisting a number of corporates and PSUs with their CDM projects in the areas of Steel, Sugar, Fertilizers, Cement, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Energy Transmission and Distribution, Paper, Afforestation and Reforestation, etc.

INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISORY

Verve has been engaged for advising Government bodies, private corporations, projects developers and managers, as well as multilateral organizations for development and management of infrastructure projects across India. We specialize in providing innovative solutions for infrastructure projects for more effective mobilization of private sector and government resources. Verve had the opportunity to act in a broad series of infrastructure and PPP transactions in the state of Orissa and Gujarat.

NATURAL RESOURCES ADVISORY

Verve's Natural Resources advisory offers innovative management solutions for sustainable utilization and conservation of natural resources in India, with special emphasis on forests, water and minerals.
Verve has been providing implementation support and advisory services to various ongoing projects of the Water Resources and Forest departments of a number of states in India. Verve is also conceptualizing/facilitating entry strategies for a number of international mining majors in addition to providing advisory services for processing and value addition of minerals.
